Introduction

Spinach, a highly nutritious leafy green vegetable, is exported by Indian spinach exporters to around 40 countries. In the 2019-2020 period, the value of spinach exports from India reached 0.37 million USD, with total imports of approximately 338,210 metric tons during the same period.
